Can’t decide whether I have to have the potatoes and foie first, or the blue cheese fondue.

As for powdered duck fat, I first had that at Moto — and I thought if I could get a bag of it, it would be amazing on pop corn. Nice to know how it’s made — though I’m more likely to just go to the restaurant.

So yeah if you can get a hold of tapioca starch (not sure which kind - there are a few), you probably could make it at home.

The hash browns sound deadly good!

But, hey, I’m guessing at 10 bucks they couldn’t afford a great package designer. Old Weller is a good alternative if you want to spend around 17.99 at Binnys and a bit more refined I think. Interesting fact I didn’t write about is that Old Barton is supposedly the best selling whiskey in Kentucky….I’m guessing they know a thing or two about value down there.

Certainly not as refined as some of the more “respected” bottles, but completely enjoyable. Thank you for the recommendation. now if I could only get my wife to stop making snarky comments about the label.
