I found this article really interesting. For around thirty years I’ve dreamt of keeping bees and making mead from their produce…

In 2007 my wife and I retired to an eighteenth century chateau in central France - where I intended to renovate the Old Meadery. This October my wife squashed this dream but I still have plans to bring back the bees over the coming months…
