I went to that Food and Wine Magazine event a while back. This guy had four dishes from that restaurant under bin 36 paired with some wines that he had selected. Not a single one was a good match. None were horrible but as a sommelier this guy is a hack. Oh, white goes with fish? Here’s your sommelier’s license.
