Joseph DeVito, owner of Moto and OTOM, and Homaro Cantu, chef scientist extraordinare, have formed The Moto Management Group. According to a press release, “DeVito and Cantu are equal partners in both Moto and OTOM, the two restaurants currently under The Moto Management Group umbrella. DeVito will spearhead the management of all restaurants, Cantu will lead all menu development and together they will create new ‘out-of-the-box’ restaurants nationally and internationally.”
