The man who launched a restaurant that molded some of Chicago’s and the world’s best culinary talent (Rick Tramonto, Gale Gand, Shawn McClain, Grant Achatz, Dale Levitzki, etc.) has washed up on the shores of Oahu. Former Trio owner Henry Adaniya has finally achieved his lifelong dream of opening a hot dog stand in Hawaii.
