Hi Michael, Great set of interviews with the fish mongers. The point about the best fish stores get whole fish and then break them down as close to selling as possible should not have been an “ah ha”, but was. Yet another question that I will pester my fish mongers about. ;-> I linked to the episode in my weekly media roundup

Hi Michael, really enjoyed hearing the fish guys. I am so bummed I am having steak tonight. I want fish right now. I will have to wait for tomorrow. You picked two great subjects, very knowledgeable. Keep up the great work!
