On Monday May 8th, 2006, Chef Shawn McClain of Green Zebra, Custom House, and Spring restaurants was named Best Chef Midwest by the James Beard Foundation. We interviewed Shawn a few months ago at Custom House. Check out the podcast interview and our photo slideshow of Chef McClain working in the Custom House kitchen. Congratulations Shawn.
